i'm the kind of person that loves a good snack during the day and i like to always have them with me when i am on the go. because of this, i always have healthy snacks stocked in our kitchen or a bar in my purse in case hunger takes over midday. when on the go, there’s really no saying if there will be a healthy option nearby, whether you’re traveling this summer, going to an event, or just running errands.
here is a list of my favorite HEALTHY MIDDAY SNACKS that can be taken on the go or made easily in the middle of a workday at home.
