clean living// launch of the 30-day challenge

the why behind

THE THIRTY DAY CHALLENGE// WITH THE CLEAN SWEEP

i created the clean sweep to help you feel like the transition to clean living is attainable. to start, i launched volume one which focuses on food. clean eating has become so confusing as our culture has inundated us with calculated marketing terms to make us assume something is healthy (green washing), fad diets, and body expectations that seem unattainable. i wanted to eliminate all of the excess and provide an unfiltered education about eating that reminds you how simple and achievable it is.

on that note, consumption and food are also very attached to emotions, memories, coping, and restriction. my goal is to provide an encouraging guide filled with grace and daily content providing you with food freedom and helping you develop self-awareness and empowerment when it comes to fueling our bodies! the 30-day challenge is a fun program to create a community around you, where i will be daily walking through the clean sweep, volume one: food with you, introducing you to brands that have helped me in my clean eating journey and have made me excited to fill my home with nutritious eats.

i am excited to have you along for the journey! together, lets’ discover the beauty of wellness.
