if you have ALLERGIES, you know what i mean when i say it seems like every season is allergy season.

the truth is, there are a GREATER NUMBER of things that affect our allergies than just the change of the weather. from things like pet dander and dust, to even our diet, the list of items that our body may have allergic responses to goes on.

AND as it is with most topics that pertain to our health, each individual is different. what may cause allergies for me, might not cause allergies for you – but the good news is that in most cases the means by which we tackle allergies are the same!

when i started having allergies, i HAD to start looking for natural ways to fight them. from itchy eyes to a runny nose, the symptoms were too much to ignore. many of you have asked me about this topic in specific, here are the natural ways and the clean products that i use to fight allergies.

PRACTICES –

burning beeswax candles has been shown to reduce allergy and even asthma symptoms. a bonus, as opposed to parafin wax that burns toxic chemicals into the air, beeswax is all-natural and toxin-free.

consuming bee pollen and local honey has also been shown to reduce allergy symptoms. it has been show that ingesting local pollens through bee pollen and honey helps the body to build resistance to potential allergies and reduce the overall allergy symptoms.

adding in supplements that are targeted towards allergies and allergy like symtpoms is also a game changer for building immunity and fighting off allergies. i take a supplement twice a day with these ingredients: vitamin C, potassium, guduchi, nettle extract, quercetin, and bicarbonate salts. also linking my specific favorites below.
