boho tunic dress
Anything oversized, boho, and less than $50...is just my weakness in life. This tunic dress I'm sharing with you today was one of those items I saw online and before I knew it, it was in my closet without a second thought! 
It's still pretty hot in Dallas so I just paired this with my favorite pair of booties and a classic hobo bag. But what I love about this tunic is that it'll be perfect in the fall with distressed skinny jeans and boots!

one dress, two ways
I don't know about you, but I basically live in dresses during the summer. I'm not a huge fan of jeans because it's so hot in Texas, and I personally find dresses more comfortable than shorts! This dress I'm sharing with you today is so amazing because it could be perfect for a summer wedding, or I wore mine more casual with sandals for the perfect daytime dress!
Another reason I love this dress is because you can wear it two ways. I wore it strapless here, but it also has armholes and can be worn off-the-shoulder!

coral + mint
I've noticed recently how much my taste changes year after year. Michael and I recently bought a house and the style of home decor I liked 3 years ago is completely different than it is now. (I'm totally out of my burlap phase). The clothes I picked out to wear for our engagement pictures a year and half ago, I would probably not pick now (riding boots with a midi dress? what?). One small thing though that's stayed consistent for me is my love for coral + mint. I love it in decorating, I love it in clothes...I love that it's bright and fun and shows off your tan!This coral dress I'm sharing with ya'll today truly is the perfect summer dress. The gold braided straps make it easy to dress down with a pair of espadrilles, but it would also be perfect for a summer wedding.

So, it's no secret that shopping is a big hobby of mine (more like a way of life, really). The one thing though I've always struggled to find when shopping is the perfect dress for a Fall wedding. Summer is so easy. Take your pick from the hundreds of sundresses or strapless cocktail dresses. Fall has been trickier for me though, until I recently found this dress.

It definitely reps that cape trend we talked about in the previous post, and feels so feminine! When I wore this dress recently to a wedding, I wore it with these heels, but for this shoot I was just walking around Dallas so I dressed it down with my go-to booties. (This dress also comes in a stunning wine color, it was a tough decision for me!)

Speaking of the oversized fedora trend, I myself have fallen in love with it. I love that the hat can pair perfectly with a great maxi skirt for a bohemian look, or [like i wore it below], it could be a great statement piece to pair with a basic and classic dress. I love this one from Madewell because the sleeveless aspect allows you to wear it during warmer months, but the material is super comfortable and keeps you warm as temps cool off. Stumbled upon this adorable pink scooter on a gorgeous fall day. Couldn't pass up the photo op + I am loving this new suede Indian dress for Fall! Perfect transition piece to add to your wardrobe, and works great for both day and dinner. Plus, let's be honest...the tribal/native trend is definitely a favorite of mine for Fall.
