Comfy Clothes From Nordstrom
Happy Friday, all! Today is the first day that the Nordstrom Sale is open to the public, hooray! Since it is the weekend and we are looking forward to some rest and downtime, we thought today would be the perfect day to round up some of the cutest comfy clothes currently available at Nordstrom. We are big fans of relaxing in soft clothes on the weekend and after work Monday-Friday. I don't know about you, but the moment I get in the door from work, the works clothes are off and the comfy clothes are on! xo
#NSale - last few days!
So I'll be real with you. As much as I hate to admit it, I am a procrastinator at heart. Always have been, I think it's in my blood. This applies even when it comes to amazing sales - like the Nordstrom Anniversary sale that's been going on. I held off up until now on all the amazing deals going on because I convinced myself I didn't need anything. Well, when I saw there were only 3 days left of the sale, I caved. falling for florals
Let's be real - we are never surprised when floral is a trend for spring. But, even if it might be a trend every spring season, it doesn't make me love it any less! I am especially crazy about it this year - floral rompers, floral maxi skirts, floral everything. I think it's perfect for spring & summer weddings, great for brunch with the girls, and always feels feminine and classy. sundress & a sweater
I think Spring is one of the most fun times of the year in terms of fashion. After months of layers upon layers and and thick scarves and heavy coats, we're finally seeing light fabrics, florals, and bright colors again. Dressing for spring isn't always easy though - sundresses are on the sales floor but sometimes the temps haven't quite warmed up for this yet. Which is why I'm currently obsessed with throwing a lightweight sweater over a sundress. Or, sweaters with cutoff shorts. The beauty of Spring is getting to mix a little of winter with summer!

I feel like every retail store uses any and every excuse they can for a sale. Which I'm completely okay with. This weekend in particular, was Valentine's Day, and President's Day tomorrow! 70s love
I'll be honest - 99% of my wardrobe does not include prints or patterns, and if it does...it's something simple like plaid or stripes. I highly value simplicity in clothing. Something about these pants though just caught my eye the second I saw them. I love how 70's-inspired they are, how comfortable they look, and how they're an instant attention-getter! They have been such a fun addition to my wardrobe!

I'm such a sucker too for a good chambray top. I have at least 3 button-down denim shirts in my closet. Felt the need to add a fourth though when I tried this one on - it's so soft, amazing quality and I love how it drapes!
